26th Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA): Check out the full list of winners

The 26th edition of the Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) lived up to its billing as the biggest night in Ghanaian music, delivering glamour and a celebration of artistry across genres and generations.

Held at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre, the 2025 ceremony brought together industry icons, rising stars, fans, and even cultural tastemakers for an unforgettable night of recognition and entertainment.

From dazzling red carpet moments to powerful live performances, the event highlighted not only the creative energy of Ghanaian music but also its growing global influence.

One of the most talked-about highlights of the night was Stonebwoy winning his 10th Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year Award, as well as King Promise winning Album/EP of the Year for his masterful body of work, ‘True to Self’, marking his second win in the category.

The gospel fraternity was represented as well, with Joe Mettle clinching 2 awards and Diana Hamilton and Empress Gifty, one each. King Paluta also came in strong and scored big with a double win: Best Highlife Song for “Aseda” and Songwriter of the Year. At the same time, OliveTheBoy made history by winning Best Afrobeat Song for the second year running, this time with “Asylum,” following last year’s win for “Good Sin.”

The awards also paid tribute to legends, dedicating the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award to gospel act Yaw Sarpong.
